Bushev Ltd. provides services mainly in the field of thermal insulation in thermal power plants as well as design and installation of industrial facades.

The construction and repair of thermal insulation in thermal power plants consist of certain specific activities that involve removal of previously installed insulation, installation (welding) of studs for wool and lining constructions, then installation of wool and finally fabrication and installation of various types of plate (plate mounting).

The company guarantees the best possible choice of technology when using different types and thicknesses of insulation and cladding materials. Our tried and tested system, built upon our long experience in this field, aims to fully meet the surrounding characteristics and fulfill the needs of our clients.

The construction of industrial facades is a process that involves the following activities - design, delivery and installation. Upon request by the customer Bushev Ltd provides a service "Design" which is performed by an experienced specialist - designer. Regarding the delivery and installation, most commonly used profiles for facades are corrugated metal plates or insulation panels of varying length and thickness, which allow easy and quick installation or removal. The company performs installation works at hard to reach places using the Alpine method.

    Bushev Ltd. applies its own tried and tested system built entirely on the foundation of years of experience in the industry, aiming to fully meet the environment characteristics and the needs of our customers.

Works

Throughout the years Bushev Ltd has executed many projects including the thermal insulation of thermal heating power plant "Solvay Sodi" Deven 400mW, located in Devnya, Bulgaria, and insulation in Maritsa East 1 AES 3C 2x350MW located in Galabovo, Bulgaria. On the foreign markets, Bushev Ltd has worked in the largest thermal power plant in Europe, Elektrownia Belchatow 5053MW, located in GKS Belchatow, Poland. The company was involved in the repair of the thermal insulation of boiler 5 and boiler 6. We also took part of the repairs of the thermal insulation on Boiler 7, which were executed during 2012. Moreover, during the period April-August, 2012 our company executed the overall insulation of CFB Boiler for Bielsko Biala Project in Poland. In September, 2012 the company launched insulation works at 20 MWe Boiler for Elblag Project in Poland, which were completed in late 2012. We also took an active part in the repairs of thermal insulation of boiler 8 in Elektrownia Belchatow, which took place in the fourth quarter of 2012. In the current 2013, BUSHEV Ltd has participated in insulation works at Furnace Boiler Wall 660 MWe Project Ledvice, Czech Republic

In 2014. the company launched insulation project Heavy Residue Process Complex First Phase in the largest refinery on the Balkans - Lukoil Neftochim Burgas. The project continued throughout the whole 2015. Also, in 2015 Bushev Ltd. launched two new major projects - the first of which is LNG Polskie Swinoujscie, Poland, where the company is involved in the installation of insulation on a chilled pipeline, while the second one is LDPE4 Slovnaft, Bratislava, where our team of professionals involved in the installation of insulation on heat pipelines. It is expected that the installation works on both projects will continue until the end of 2015.

During the whole 2016, Bushev EOOD executed the complete industrial insulation both on pipings and boiler part in the project of Deven K8, Solvay Sodi, Devnya, Bulgaria supervised both by KAEFER SA and Foster Wheeler, Poland. Furthermore, the company took also part for the second time in the annual capital repair works in the plant of Neochim AD, the biggest producer of fertilizers in Bulgaria. And last but not least, during 2016 Bushev EOOD together with KAEFER SA executed insulation activities in Litvinov project in Czech Republic. In 2017, the company has started for the third consecutive time the major repair insulation works in the plant of Neochim AD, the biggest producer of fertilizers in Bulgaria.

During the first half of 2018, Bushev EOOD took an active part in the construction of an industrial scaffold and the installation of thermal insulation for the duration of the repair activities of the Hydrocracking Complex on the territory of Lukoil Neftochim Burgas. During the second half of 2018, the company continued with the construction of scaffolding and the installation of thermal insulation throughout the repair activities on the territory of the plant of Neochim AD. The company was also the main contractor for insulation activities of pipelines and equipment and construction of scaffolding on the territory of Brewery Astika, owned by Kamenitsa AD. In the past 2019, Bushev EOOD has won and executed numerous contracts for scaffolding and insulation on the territory of Neochim AD and Brewery Astika, Kamenitsa AD.

Bushev Ltd. has executed facade claddings on numerous objects of different size and purpose throughout Bulgaria. Some of these sites are Sports Depot (Sofia), desulphurization installation in MDK Pirdop, furniture shop Kambo (Haskovo) and factory Area (Haskovo), production company Prestige (Veliko Tarnovo) as well as HPP - Tsankov Kamuk.
